To return an Aertos product to Digital Aerolus, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Complete the RMA Request form to request an RMA. When we receive your info, we’ll assign an RMA number and reply to your email address with instructions and a printable shipping label. Each returned item needs its own RMA number.
See the RMA Support page for instructions on preparing and packing your product, or for shipping or warranty info. Note that shipping charges are your responsibility unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance – for example, because your product is under warranty.
Note: the RMA Request Form is designed to help you return a single product. If you do have multiple products to return (for example, if you are a VAR upgrading your inventory), please contact anyone on the Aertos Support team to arrange details.
