Returning merchandise requires a Return Merchandise Authorization. Request an RMA by completing the RMA Request Form below. When we receive your info, we’ll assign an RMA number and reply to your email address with instructions and a printable shipping label.
Informational sections [1] and [2] are required. Completing these sections help us manage shipping and warranty arrangements.
Field Incident sections [3], [4], and [5] are optional; complete these if your aircraft sustained damage in the field.
Completing these sections provides us with information about how you use your aircraft and how your field incident occurred. Knowing this information lets us prioritize and plan your repair, and helps us improve our products.

Note: the RMA Request Form is primarily designed to help you return a single product. If you have multiple products to return (for example, if you are a VAR upgrading your inventory), please contact anyone on the Aertos Support team to arrange details.
